The diversity of the courses offered in the Earth Sciences programme was one of the main factors that attracted me to JU. It's been a challenging programme but it has introduced me to a broad range of subjects which has helped me find my interests within the field of Earth Sciences. By joining the scientific circle and Una Europa's JU task force, I've been able to meet and make new friends from all over the world in and outside the classroom. Not to forget my favourite part of my studies- the field classes. It's always fun hunting for minerals and fossils.

Choosing a University will always be a difficult choice. So, I am happy I made the right one with Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I have always known that I wanted to study in the field of Earth Sciences and the course offered at University intrigued me because of the broad range of topics taught each semester. It is also a great opportunity to meet and work with people from all around the world. Not to mention how great it is to study in such an amazing historical city like Krakow.

After my first semester studying in Krakow, I fell in love with learning again. The Earth-Sciences in a Changing World program came to my rescue. Not only is it very interesting to learn about, but it is also very practical. The professors are eager to have your questions answered and genuinely care that you understand the material that is being taught. With lots of hard work, this program can be very beneficial for one's future. I would most definitely recommend this program to any prospective student interested in Earth Sciences.
